"Working out with Christina has changed who I am as a person. Before seeing Christina, I was depressed and not feeling too good about the way I looked. I have lost weight in the past but never kept it off. Plus it never looked like that I lost the weight. Once I started working with Christina, I could see the results and I liked it.
